Hybrids (Cuosa)

There are two different groups of hybrids in Orealis the Cuosa who all are blessed with eternal life and the ability to fly. These creatures are the result of mix breeding between species. I.e. a wolf and leopard or tiger and lynx. It matters not what the species all breedings are still possible and result in the offspring sharing both parents traits, characteristics although sometimes one is more dominate. Cuosa are seen by the goddess as being truly open minded even to consider bridging the species gap and thus have a most special gifts bestoyed upon them. Eternal life and flight. Neither of which come with many restrictions or items needed. No eternal life is just that, while the wings all have when they are born learning early how to hide them when needed.

Luna first came to know about these hybrids when a young cub was left abandoned. Her parents killed off though the cub left hidden for its safety and so Luna upon finding it took the cub keeping it warm until she could locate a new place. Having determined through smell and sight that not only was the cub a bear but wolf as well hybrid. So coming upon a lone female wolf was a blessing and seeing how instantly the wolf took to the cub had the goddess smiling. The little one was named Serenity and was always watched over by Luna and seeing how easily she was accepted even being of different blood. How her new mother accepted to mate outside her species later on told Luna enough.

So during the night she came to the mother, Serenity and the new mate explaining her wish to the three. Answering their questions of course explaining that offspring wouldn't start their eternal life till fully mature. Giving them a chance to grow up and experience life which eased some concerns and after a short time proceeded to give them eternal life, wings to feel free as they fly through the air and finally the chance to shift when needed and blend in with the human race. Biding the group a very blessed life before vanishing off herself.

Characteristics - Will be a mix of two different species sometimes with more traits to the dominate of the two. Wings upon birth along with the ability to use and hide them. Eternal life which starts once they reach maturity. And the ability to shift into a human form when they wish to blend in. Multi-colored eyes are the only visible give away to their blessing, unless one catches sight of the wings.

Height & Weight: Varies between the mix species could be a happy medium between them. Or possible following one species more than the other if you wish it to be dominate.
Coat Colors: Naturals with a blend of both species
Eye Color: Multi-color varies as to what colors it is exactly. Usually a mix of about three.
Environment: Varies but usually in higher altitude such as mountain caves or even trees about the only thing that doesn't mix between the races. Follows more with their trait for flying.
Diet: Varies between meet and plants for all species one not preferred over the other.
Lifespan: Eternal life
Breeding: Will breed outside their own race usually the more dominate being the time frame for mating to occur.

OVERALL: Eternal life, ability to fly, multi-colored eyes, mix species breeding and lifestyle.
